I would like to officially introduce myself; my name is Barbara Kandice Hall-Sanchez, I am an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes/MHA Nation on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, of New Town, ND. I am a Native American Woman entrepreneur of a newly private owned business named Prime Employment Services, LLC. It's the first temporary employment service located in New Town, ND/Fort Berthold Indian Reservation area. The company is created and developed to serve local businesses workforce needs either temporary, temporary to permanent, or day labor to meet recruiting and staffing efforts. I started my career in Human Resource Management in 2008, working as an HR Assistant/Trainer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (2003), and a minor in Computer Information Systems. While working and attending online courses I was able to graduate with a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA, 2011) and major in Human Resource Management, at the University of Mary of Bismarck, ND. I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve in a few positions in Human Resource Management; as an Assistant Director, HR Manager, Generalist, background check investigations and fingerprinting. Some of the skills I possess are professional development, organization, communication, customer service, and Employee onboarding. As a Human Resource enthusiast, this is my great passion, and both my education and experience have prepared me well. So in the year 2010, I moved to New Town, ND and I was determined to work in my chosen career Human Resource Management, and within a community that I call home. And when the opportunity presented itself, I never looked back and I took a leap of faith, now I am happy to be here starting my first business and be a service to the public.
The team and I are excited, and have a firm grasp on what it takes to help employers build a workforce that improves performance. Plus, we want to help job seekers and entrepreneurs put their talents to work in positions that suit their knowledge, skills, and abilities and accelerate their success!

My name is Monica K. Trevino, Business Manager for Prime Employment Services, LLC. I'm an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes and also Sisseton-Wapheton Oyate. I have 8 years of accumulated work experience as Lead Communications Supervisor for the Three Affiliated Tribes Law Enforcement, Administrative Assistant for Federal Programs with the Three Affiliated Tribes and Communications Specialist III with North Dakota Department of Emergency Services with Homeland Security/State Radio. I have had the opportunity and the pleasure to work for the people of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation and the State of North Dakota as a public servant for the communities. Serving in these positions, I have gained knowledge as a supervisor, training staff, running background checks, fingerprinting, drug and alcohol testing, acquired excellent communication skills, process applications for hire, and interviewing potential candidates. I have a wide range of skills that have prepared me to fully successfully help our communities and people to help build a excellent functioning workforce for our areas.
